八儿奇兵铭峰秀 铸魂春秋立潮头——致敬中国共产党成立105周年

引 言

桂西北七百弄，千山叠弄，石峰连绵，这片被群山环抱的瑶乡大地，是布努瑶世代栖息的家园，也是“八儿奇兵”后裔生生不息的故土。七百弄是国家地质公园，拥有全球罕见的高峰丛深洼地喀斯特地貌。251平方公里内有5000多座峰、1400多个洼地(瑶话方言称“弄")，最深超800米以上。区域内峰林密布、洼地万千，布努瑶世代在此聚居，原生态村寨与壮阔岩溶山海相融，兼具独特地质科研价值与雄奇原始的自然人文风光。先祖们曾以骁勇风骨守土护民，将忠诚坚毅、不畏困苦、勇立潮头的精神血脉代代相传。

我是蓝正荣，瑶族，1964年12月生于七百弄瑶寨，身为“八儿奇兵”一族后人，自幼浸润先辈家国风骨，怀揣着改变大山教育面貌的初心，于1983年站上三尺讲台至2024年退休，自此扎根瑶山教坛四十一载。从深山村小的复式教学班，到乡镇初中、实验学校管理岗位；从一线授课教师，到校长、教管办主任、党总支书记，我循着先祖勇毅前行的足迹，把人生大半辈子光阴交付给七百弄乡村教育事业，以师者之责传承奇兵风骨，以育人初心铸魂学海，在大山教育浪潮中坚守岗位、勇立潮头。回望四十一载从教岁月，一路耕耘、一路收获，诸多往事历历在目，谨以此文献给中国共产党诞生105周年，记录我一生从教历程，铭记初心来路，传承家族精神，寄语瑶乡教育未来。

第一章  奇兵后裔  瑶山沃土育初心

我出生于1964年冬季，生长在广西大化瑶族自治县七百弄乡，是布努瑶族人，为当地“八儿奇兵”宗族后裔。祖辈口口相传，“八儿奇兵”是七百弄本土极具血性与担当的先辈族群，在地方守土安民、抵御危难、建设家园的岁月里，八位先祖兄弟同心聚力，凭借山民独有的果敢坚韧，守护一方瑶寨安宁，开荒拓土、帮扶乡邻，在艰苦恶劣的喀斯特深山环境中闯出生存之路，铸就了吃苦耐劳、忠诚担当、迎难而上、心怀家国的家族精神底色。这份刻在血脉里的风骨，自孩童时代便深深影响着我的成长，成为我日后扎根乡村教育、不惧艰难干事创业的精神源头。

七百弄素有“千山万弄”之称，喀斯特峰丛密布，土地贫瘠，山路崎岖，曾被联合国粮农组织认定为世界上除沙漠外最不适宜人类居住的区域之一 。在我年少时期，大山深处交通闭塞，村寨散落于各个石弄之间，物资匮乏，教育资源更是极度短缺。很多瑶家孩子翻山越岭才能勉强求学，不少家庭因山路遥远、家境贫寒，早早让孩子辍学务农。儿时的我亲眼目睹乡里孩童求学的艰难，看着许多同龄人因缺乏教育，一生困于深山石弄之中，内心生出深深触动。身为“八儿奇兵”后人，先辈不畏艰险开拓家园的故事常在耳畔回响，我心底埋下一颗心愿：未来要成为一名教师，回到大山教书，让更多瑶寨孩子走出大山，用知识改变命运，让先辈坚毅向上的精神，通过教育代代延续。

少年求学阶段，我始终勤勉刻苦，深耕学识，立志以学识反哺故土。在系统学习文化知识的同时，我不断研读党史，树立坚定的共产主义理想，深刻明白教育是乡村振兴、民族发展的根基，党员更要扛起服务基层、造福群众的使命。1983年，我学业有成，恰逢家乡乡村学校紧缺师资，十九岁的我放弃前往城镇工作的机会，主动申请回到七百弄最偏远的村校任教，正式开启自己的乡村教育生涯，让“八儿奇兵”不畏艰苦、守护乡土的家风，在三尺讲台上落地生根。

第二章   初登讲台  深山村校砺锋芒

1983年3月，我正式参加教育工作，第一站被分配到原七百弄乡盘兔村弄青校。这是深藏于大石山弄里的村级教学点，位置偏僻，不通公路，周末从家去学校都要攀爬陡峭山石路，遇上阴雨天气，山路湿滑难行，常常就要耗费5-6小时。校舍是老旧石砌瓦房，墙体斑驳，课桌椅简陋破旧，生源大多是周边瑶寨适龄儿童，不少学生基础薄弱，还习惯使用瑶族母语，普通话交流存在障碍，采用复式教学模式，一个教室要兼顾三个年级授课，教学条件十分艰苦。

初为人师，困难接踵而至。一方面，复式教学备课量大，需要同时为不同年级设计课程、批改作业；另一方面，部分学生家庭贫困，时常缺衣少食，上课注意力难以集中，还有留守儿童缺乏家庭教育引导，调皮好动、厌学情绪突出。但“八儿奇兵”先祖迎难而上的精神时刻激励着我，我没有被艰苦环境吓退，沉下心扎根教学点，一步步破解难题。每日天未亮便从家中出发赶往学校，天黑踏着暮色走山路归家；利用夜间时间精心打磨多年级教案，针对瑶乡孩子语言特点，采用瑶汉双语结合的授课方式，先用母语讲解知识点，再普及普通话教学，降低孩子们的学习理解难度 。课余时间，我翻山越岭走访每一户学生家庭，与瑶族家长沟通孩子教育问题，宣讲读书育人的重要意义，劝说辍学孩童重返课堂；对于家境贫寒的学生，时常自掏腰包为孩子购置纸笔、文具，赠送衣物，用点滴关怀温暖留守学子的心。

在弄青校任教数年，我坚守教学一线，踏实上好每一堂课，耐心辅导学困生，班级教学成绩稳步提升，不少原本厌学的孩子重拾学习信心。之后，因工作统筹调配，我调往原七百弄乡弄往村小学任教。同样地处深山瑶寨，弄往村小学面临师资不足、教学管理薄弱的问题。到岗之后，我一边承担主要学科教学任务，一边协助学校完善日常管理制度，优化课堂教学方法，带动校内年轻教师深耕教研，互相听课评课，补齐教学短板，让村小学教学质量实现明显提升。

两段村小任教经历，是我教学生涯最初的磨砺。在与世隔绝的深山教学点，我走过无数崎岖山路，熬过无数伏案备课的夜晚，真切体会到瑶乡教育的痛点与难点，也更加坚定了深耕乡村教育、振兴本土教育事业的信念。我始终谨记家族“奇兵守土，不负乡土”的传承，把讲台当作阵地，把育人当作使命，在艰苦环境中锤炼教学本领，磨砺为师初心，为后续承担更重教育管理工作打下坚实实践基础。

离开村级教学点后，我先后调入七百弄乡中心小学、七百弄乡初中任教，工作平台不断拓展，接触的教育工作内容更为全面。进入乡镇中小学后，我主攻道德与法治学科教学，依托自身党员身份，把红色教育、家国情怀、民族团结教育融入课堂教学之中，结合左右江革命老区历史、瑶族民俗文化，让思政课堂接地气、有温度，引导学生爱党爱国、珍视民族团结、传承本土优良家风。课堂之上，我因材施教，针对山区学生性格特点创新教学模式，摒弃枯燥说教，用故事案例、情景互动调动学生积极性；课余牵头组建学科教研小组，开展公开课、教学研讨活动，带动全乡思政教师共同提升教学水平，我所带班级政治学科成绩常年稳居全乡前列，多次斩获县级政治学科成绩优秀奖，教学成果获得学校、教育主管部门认可。

第三章   执掌校印  深耕管理兴教坛

凭借扎实的一线教学功底与基层工作经验，组织逐步赋予我教育管理重任，我先后走上七百弄乡初中校长、七百弄乡教管办主任与党支部书记、七百弄实验学校校长兼党支部书记、七百弄乡教育党总支部书记等管理岗位。从一线教师到学校掌舵人，身份转变带来更重的责任，我始终以共产党员标准严格要求自己，承袭“八儿奇兵”敢挑重担、勇闯新路的特质，直面乡村教育发展难题，统筹学校建设、教学管理、党建工作、“两基”攻坚、德育建设等各项事务，推动七百弄区域教育事业提质升级。 

担任七百弄乡初中校长期间，正值全国“两基”攻坚关键阶段，大化瑶族自治县全力推进普及九年义务教育、扫除青壮年文盲工作，七百弄山高路远，控辍保学、学籍管理、办学条件提升任务繁重。为落实“两基”工作要求，我牵头组建工作专班，带队走遍全乡山寨自然屯，逐户排查适龄少年就学情况，针对偏远弄场辍学学生，多次上门劝学，耐心做通家长思想工作；全面摸排校园硬件短板，向上级部门申报校舍修缮、教学设备添置项目，翻新教室、宿舍，配齐实验器材、图书教具，完善校园基础设施；规范学籍档案管理，细化教学常规考核，狠抓课堂质量与教师队伍建设，压实各岗位工作责任。在全体教职工共同努力下，学校顺利通过“两基”各项评估验收，我也凭借攻坚工作中的突出表现，获评市级、县级两级“两基”工作先进个人。

出任七百弄乡教管办主任、党支部书记阶段，我的工作覆盖全乡所有中小学、教学点，统筹全乡教育统筹规划、师资调配、党建引领、常规管理等全域工作。七百弄村落分散，各个教学点相隔甚远，管理跨度大。我坚持下沉一线，常态化奔赴各村校督查教学常规落实情况，开展听课评课、师德师风检查，组织全乡教师开展业务培训、师德学习活动，打造高素质乡村教师队伍；紧抓党建引领教育发展主线，规范基层党组织建设，落实“三会一课”、主题党日制度，把党务工作与教育教学深度融合，发挥党员教师先锋模范作用，设立党员示范岗，让党员教师带头承担毕业班教学、学困生帮扶、控辍保学重难点工作。因党务工作实绩突出，我多次获评县级优秀党务工作者。

后续调任七百弄实验学校校长、党支部书记，兼任七百弄乡教育党总支部书记，管理平台更广，责任使命更重。七百弄实验学校作为区域核心综合学校，承载着全乡基础教育提质、民族教育传承、德育育人的核心功能。任职期间，我聚焦三大方向推进学校发展：其一，严抓教学质量，健全教学评估体系，推行教研兴校战略，分学科打造精品课堂，推动义务教育学校常规管理标准化建设，学校顺利通过各级达标评估，我获评市级义务教育学校常规管理达标评估先进个人；其二，深耕德育育人工作，立足瑶乡地域特色，将瑶族民俗文化、红色革命文化、家风家训融入德育体系，开展主题德育活动，关注留守儿童心理健康，完善学生德育评价机制，获评县级德育先进工作者；其三，推动民族团结教育落地见效，依托布努瑶民族文化资源，打造民族特色校园文化，促进各民族师生交融共处，铸牢中华民族共同体意识，让大山里的孩子从小树立民族一家亲理念。

三十多年管理岗位工作中，我始终秉持务实作风，不搞形式主义，凡事以学生成长、教师发展、瑶乡教育进步为出发点。面对师资短缺、办学经费紧张、山区教育先天条件薄弱等诸多难题，我效仿先祖开拓进取的奇兵精神，主动向上对接政策资源，向下倾听师生、家长诉求，因地制宜破解发展堵点，一步步推动七百弄乡村办学条件实现跨越式改善，教育教学质量持续攀升，为大山学子搭建起通往外界的求学桥梁。

第四章   薪火耕耘  半生耕耘满载誉

自1983年踏上讲台，我扎根七百弄瑶乡教育一线，坚守乡村讲台四十一年，从青涩青年走到鬓染霜华，把人生最美好的年华全部奉献给大石山区基础教育事业。四十余年寒来暑往，我既是传道授业的一线教师，也是统筹全局的教育管理者，在教学、管理、党务、德育、教研各个领域深耕不辍，默默耕耘，各级荣誉是对半生从教工作的认可，更是激励我不断前行的动力。

荣誉榜单之上，既有国家级重磅认可，也有市、县、乡各级褒奖：荣获国家级“从事乡村教育工作满三十年”荣誉，这份证书承载着数十载深山坚守的重量，是国家对乡村老教师扎根基层奉献的肯定；市级层面，斩获“两基”工作先进个人、义务教育学校常规管理达标评估先进个人两项荣誉；县级表彰涵盖优秀教育工作者、“两基”工作先进个人、优秀党务工作者、德育先进工作者、优秀教师、政治学科成绩优秀奖；基层乡级多次获评优秀教师。每一份荣誉背后，都是无数个伏案备课、翻山家访、校园值守、攻坚克难的日夜，凝聚着全体教职工的协同付出，也镌刻着我作为“八儿奇兵”后裔，不负乡土、不负师道的初心坚守。

身为中共党员、中学高级教师，我坚持终身学习，利用工作之余不断深造提升，取得大学本科学历，持续钻研思政学科前沿教学理念，更新教育方法，即便步入从教后期，依旧坚守课堂一线，亲自授课、带教青年教师，发挥资深教师传帮带作用。很多年轻教师初到山区，难以适应艰苦环境，我主动谈心疏导，分享基层从教经验，手把手指导备课、教研技巧，鼓励青年教师扎根瑶山，接过乡村教育接力棒，让深山育人事业薪火相传。

回望育人岁月，最让我倍感欣慰的，是一届届大山学子走出七百弄，考入各级学府，学成之后有人返乡建设家乡，有人奔赴各地各行各业发光发热。曾经我在弄青校教过的懵懂孩童，许多人凭借知识改变命运，走出千山万弄，开启崭新人生，不少学生时常回到母校探望，感念当年求学时光。每当看到孩子们学有所成、向阳成长，我便深深觉得，四十一年坚守深山讲台的所有辛苦，都意义非凡；身为“八儿奇兵”后人，以教育守护故土、培育后辈，便是对先祖精神和民族文化最好的传承。

第五章  传承风骨  学海潮头再回望

岁月流转，四十一载从教生涯转瞬即逝，站在人生回望的节点，我时常将自身人生轨迹与“八儿奇兵”先祖精神对照思索。昔日八位先祖凭一腔勇毅守护瑶寨、开拓荒山，在绝境之中闯出家园；而我以讲台为阵地，坚守瑶山教坛，以知识为刃，为大山孩童劈开通往未来的道路，二者内核一脉相承：皆是不畏困苦、立足乡土、心怀责任、勇毅向前。先祖是守护家园的奇兵，我辈是培育后辈的师者，一脉风骨，两种坚守，共同守护着七百弄这片瑶山土地。 

喀斯特大山依旧连绵耸立，七百弄乡村教育早已发生翻天覆地的变化：昔日破败石砌校舍变为明窗净几的现代化教学楼，崎岖山路通村入户，多媒体教学设备走进每一间教室，控辍保学工作落地见效，适龄儿童全部安心入学，乡村教师队伍不断壮大，大山孩子享受着优质均衡的义务教育。亲眼见证家乡教育事业从贫瘠走向繁荣，从落后迈向规范，我内心满是感慨与自豪，四十一年付出终有回响，自己有幸亲身参与、全程见证这场瑶山教育变革，在时代浪潮之中立足岗位、勇立潮头，不负家族传承，不负师者使命，不负党员担当。

半生耕耘，初心不改；奇兵风骨，代代相传。身为“八儿奇兵”后裔，一名扎根瑶乡数十年的老教师、老党员，我此生最大的心愿，便是让先祖忠诚坚毅、开拓进取的精神融入校园血脉，让更多大山学子传承优良家风，凭借学识走出大山、回报故土；也希望年轻一代教育工作者接续坚守，继续深耕七百弄乡村教育，在新时代教育发展浪潮中勇立潮头，持续为瑶山培育人才，让布努瑶子弟在知识海洋中乘风破浪，让这片千山万弄的土地孕育更多希望。

习总书记说：“一个人遇到好老师是人生的幸运，一个学校拥有好老师是学校的光荣，一个民族源源不断涌现出一批又一批好老师则是民族的希望。”教育之路没有终点，精神传承生生不息。往后岁月，我依旧会心系瑶山教育，发挥余热，关注学校发展与学子成长，以“八儿奇兵”秀峰之姿，守教育初心，铸时代师魂，让半生学海耕耘的故事，成为后辈前行路上的小小力量，让七百弄乡村教育在时代潮头不断奔赴新的荣光。

结 语

习总书记在2026“七一”讲话强调，105年不懈奋斗，开辟了实现中华民族伟大复兴的正确道路。在革命、建设、改革和新时代的伟大实践中，我们党领导人民历尽千辛万苦，成功开辟和坚持了中国特色社会主义道路，仅用几十年时间就走完发达国家几百年走过的工业化历程，创造了经济快速发展和社会长期稳定两大奇迹。今天，中华民族伟大复兴势不可挡，展现出前所未有的光明前景。

生于奇兵后裔之家，长于七百弄瑶山沃土，立于三尺讲台四十一个春秋。从深山村小到乡镇名校，从普通授课教师到基层教育管理带头人，我从教生涯和奋斗的励志故事，是承袭八儿奇兵勇毅风骨、扎根大山铸魂育人的一生，感恩党的栽培。以初心为舟，以学识为桨，以家风为帆，在乡村教育学海之中笃定前行、勇立潮头，不负先祖传承，不负时代使命，不负瑶乡万千学子。千山万弄藏风骨，三尺讲台写春秋，这份属于乡村教育战线的坚守与人生信仰以及对党的执着永恒追求，将伴随着“八儿奇兵”的精神血脉，在桂西瑶山代代永续，生生不息，激励着瑶山赤子奋勇前行。
